With an impressive 34 years of training in various martial arts disciplines, Mr. Tom has dedicated his life to honing his skills and sharing his knowledge with others. Mr. Tom holds the esteemed rank of 7th degree black belt in Combative Freestyle, a testament to his unparalleled expertise and mastery in this field. As a seasoned practitioner, he has immersed himself in various martial arts styles, including Kenpo karate, filipino Kali, Wing Chun and jiu-jitsu, among others. This diverse training has provided him with a well-rounded and comprehensive approach to self-defense.

In 1999, Mr. Tom gained recognition as a Self Defense champion, further solidifying his reputation and expertise in the industry. His exceptional skills, combined with his contagious enthusiasm, make him an exceptional instructor who consistently pushes his students to reach their full potential.

Since 2013, Mr. Tom has been the proud owner and head instructor at Self Defense 4U.
