We have designed our martial arts training programs to uplift all our students. Our kids program is split between three different classes, all the way to teens. We also have our adult martial arts class and Kali class. Check out each and find the best one to join and for which to sign up your kids!

Little Dragons
(3-5 Years Old)
Little Dragons is a free-style young children’s martial arts class. We work on the basics movements as the young ones learn to operate in a new space.
If you want to get your little ones started, this is the perfect kids martial arts program for them! They will go through just the fundamentals practices, including basic punches, kicks, and combinations.
The skills learned will translate on and off the mat.
One of the main things we focus on is teaching your children how to move properly. We’ll go through jumping, sitting, and how to move side-to-side. This will help them develop their motor skills and improve their hand-eye coordination for other activities and sports.
This kids martial arts course is more than just martial arts. They will work together with others as they learn to share and follow directions. These age-appropriate lessons can help your child once they get into school life.
With self-defense training at the forefront of much of what we do, we get to work on it early. Students learn to be aware of those they may encounter and to stay safe.
Beginner Dragons
(6-11 years old)
This is a free-style children’s martial arts class that emphasizes martial arts lessons. This class expands beyond the basic martial arts training in Little Dragons.
As your children grow, they can learn more and more skills in our Beginner Dragons course. We focus on expanding lessons in punching, kicking, breaking falls, and more.
The Beginner Dragons course is a great program as your children grow up in their early years. They can make new friends and continue to build out their personality.
We can further expand our self-defense skills in Beginner Dragons from Little Dragons. They learn stranger awareness as they become more knowledgeable about the world and how to defend themselves with their own body.
This is the time our students were first introduced to martial arts lessons. They are able to expand their skills and use them to grow on the mat and in self-defense situations.
We expand training, including Jiu-Jitsu grappling and sparring, and self defense.
Teens
(11-16 years old)
This is a combative free-style class predicated around evolving the students’ skills. We kick everything up to a higher gear to make them the best they can be!
Our teens martial arts class continues our students’ progression. All our training is built for this age group to prepare for pre-adulthood. This is the time they can become true martial artists who have brought all their skills together.
- Motivational: This age group is truly invested in class and learning. Our instructors keep class highly energetic and push them to be their best self.
- Increase Intensity: This is the perfect age group to push the envelope. We try to get them to expand past their limits and to reach for the sky.
- Advanced Class: Similarly to Beginner Dragons, the teens course has an advanced class. We dive even deeper into sparring, self-defense, and Jiu-Jitsu training, building all-around students.
Our teens course can help all types of students. From beginners to those who have trained with us since preschool. Students can come in and develop skills to use in everyday life.
Adults
(16+ years old)
Our adult martial arts class is for all skill types. You can start at any age and receive the many benefits of martial arts training. This class can change your life!
We encourage all adults looking for self-improvement to join us. These martial arts lessons are age appropriate as we take everyone’s situation into account.
- Confidence: No matter what age you are, it is important to stay confident. We double-down on that in adult training, emphasizing you can always make yourself better. Never give up!
- Health and Fitness: Fitting a time to keep your physical fitness up on a busy day can be difficult. This class will teach you so many things, while also keeping you healthy and active. It’s a great way to make sure you are staying as fit as can be.
- Street Self-Defense: The self-defense training in this class compared to the younger groups can be more intense. We prepare students for tough situations, including knife and gun attacks. You’ll be ready to handle yourself if you ever happen to be in an unfortunate and dangerous situation.
Kali
(14+ years old)
Kali is our weapons-focused class. Students learn how to use and counter different weapons in real-life situations.
If you’re looking for a martial arts class with some added lessons, this is perfect for you. You can dive into advanced training that prepares yourself for many of life’s dangerous situations.
- Stick and Knife Training: Our basic Kali training includes practicing stick and knife skills. With or without the weapon, you’ll learn how to carry it and to use it to its best advantages.
- Countering Weapons: For most people, they are not carrying around a weapon often. If they run into a person wanting to inflict harm, the odds are that person will have a weapon. This is why we teach students how to counter specific weapons so that your hands and fighting IQ are weapons themself.
- Understanding Distance: One of the most important things to keep track of in a fight is distance. We teach students how to understand distance and to manipulate it to their advantage.
